John Mooney has worked in regional government and the insurance industry. He has a PhD in Geography (Thesis: Derivation of Spatially Structured Population Data in the Context of Major Hazard Accident Modelling) and an MSc in IT & GIS (Thesis: Prototyping a Historical Temporal GIS).
