Cristina Maxim has professional experience in project management, grant writing and coordination of youth projects. She has worked in these fields for private companies as well as non-profit organisations. She holds an MA in Public Administration from London Metropolitan University and a BA in Economics and Tourism.
Cristina is currently doing a PhD which analyses how local authorities in London have embraced and implemented strategies and measures to promote sustainable development of tourism.

2005 – 2008: Worked as a project manager and offered consultancy for businesses, public and non-profit organisations on grant writing and project management
