Team member in arts/cultural policy and strategy development for local authorities, including South Lakeland District Council, Cumbria County Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council, Bracknell Forest Borough Council, the Corporation of London, Swindon Borough Council, Cambs County Council, Colchester Borough Council, Stoke on Trent Council, Havering Borough Council, Portsmouth Borough Council .

  • Member of London Metropolitan University research team developing a national Cultural Planning Toolkit to be piloted in housing growth areas of Thames Gateway S.Essex, Milton Keynes South Midlands and the West Midlands. With EDAW and PMP for HM Treasury ‘Creating Cultural Opportunities for Sustainable Communities’.
  • Member of London Metropolitan University research team exploring the characteristics of Creative Spaces and the Creative City. London Development Agency/Creative London. 2005-6
  • A National Study of Arts Centres , for the Arts Council England. 2006

  • Working over three years with the States of Guernsey on an arts audit leading to the appointment of the island’s first arts officer, and then to the development of a cultural strategy. 2001 - 2005
